AppReception: reception goes digital

AppReception is the system dedicated to registering and welcoming visitors to your company. It manages check-in, information notices, notifications and personalised badges, while the dashboard monitors access and attendance in real time.

Various Add-ons can extend the core features. These include Pre-Booking, which invites guests to pre-register before arrival; guest WiFi integration, which automatically generates dedicated credentials; Multiplant, designed to centralise management across multiple sites; and Active Directory integration to update hosts and contact information automatically. Modules are also available for managing employees, vehicles and opening access points. These are joined by the new AppMeetingReservation, the enterprise extension of the AppReception ecosystem designed to organise bookings for meeting rooms, showrooms, laboratories, training rooms and other company spaces.

The aim is to make entry simpler for guests and easier to oversee for reception staff, keeping all the necessary information in one environment.

AppContractor: suppliers, documents and deadlines under control

AppContractor is the platform designed for qualifying and managing suppliers, contracts and subcontracts.

It centralises supplier records, documents and deadlines, allowing suppliers to upload the required materials independently through their dedicated area. The company can then check documentation status, monitor deadlines and maintain a clearer overview of information about its partners.

More advanced tools complement these features. Check provides automated checks of documents uploaded by suppliers. The system can also perform an initial automated assessment using AI services, helping to identify empty or unsuitable documents. AppContractor also lets you create forms and questionnaires for supplier audits and assessments and can integrate with the company ERP through custom workflows.

AppE20: from registration to event check-in

AppE20 digitalises registration and reception for participants at trade fairs, events, courses and seminars.

The platform manages online registrations, invitations and QR Code check-in, as well as data collection and dashboard monitoring. This allows participant organisation and reception to be coordinated through a tool designed specifically for events.

More advanced features include creating an event landing page to collect pre-registrations, using OCR business card scanning to capture participant details quickly, and printing personalised badges directly on arrival. AppE20 can also connect to doors or turnstiles to automate access, work offline and across multiple stations, and integrate with external systems such as company CRMs or email marketing platforms.

AppEntra: company access control

AppEntra is dedicated to managing access to company entry points and areas, from car parks to doors and turnstiles.

The platform centralises access management and can be configured for different roles and authorisation levels. It is also designed to integrate with company systems and the DigiBite ecosystem, connecting the software to devices installed at access points.

DigiBite Store: software meets hardware

The ecosystem also includes DigiBite Store, offering stations and consumables designed to support DigiBite solutions in different company environments.

From Welcome Experience to Digital Experience

The DigiBite ecosystem goes beyond managing visitors, access, suppliers and events.

Digital Experience completes the offering with services for web development, WordPress, eCommerce, technical support and social media marketing. This enables DigiBite to support companies in both their operational processes and their digital presence.
